Since 2012, I have photographed over 1,000 fun-loving families in Austin and the surrounding areas. But whether I’m photographing families at home or teams in their offices, I love showing my clients the beauty in everyday life.

Wow. It was a year, huh?
I’ve never spent so much time compiling images for a blog, but 2020 was truly a spectacular and beautiful, yet tumultuous year in many ways and I wanted to wrap it up by sharing the beauty I was allowed to create.
I started the year out on partial bedrest during the end of my second pregnancy. We were so thrilled to welcome our second baby boy in February, and by March, just when I was starting back up again after maternity leave, COVID hit. All non-essential businesses were ordered to close, and it was definitely a scary time for all. I didn’t know what the future held for this business I spent the last 8 years building.
I am incredibly fortunate to say that by the end of May, things picked up after I was able to re-open and I’ve been running ever since. I absolutely could not have done it without each and every one of my amazing clients who trusted all of my COVID precautions, had the desire to still document their family during this time and who showed up and absolutely ROCKED IT. This year was truly my best all around, despite the circumstances surrounding it and I am so eternally grateful.
So please, enjoy some beautiful moments from 2020, including some of my own family down at the very bottom. 🙂 There was no way I could include each and every one of you (I photographed almost 300 families this year!) but please know the memories we made together I truly treasure.
