S Family | Fresh 48 Session

I don’t take on a lot of them, but when I do have a Fresh 48 Session it totally makes my heart melt. I first met these two and their first born Winston at their maternity session on a surprisingly sunny February day at sunset.
Based on how much love I saw between them and their sweet dog, I knew that their baby girl was in for a handful of love, kisses and cuddles. I arrived at the hospital on a pretty gloomy day, during a week that I had several reschedules because of the weather so it was so nice to finally get out and shoot something so amazing.
Weighing in at just under nine pounds, this girl had the cutest cheeks and back rolls. I couldn’t get enough of them! I so enjoyed watching her parents just admire her and her perfection. Mom even spilled a couple of tears, and I have to admit it was hard for me not to.
Babies are such a beautiful miracle, and it’s amazing how quickly they change. I can’t wait to see them again for our newborn session later this week!
