My goodness. I couldn’t believe how precious baby girl W was when I walked into this family’s home. Her hair! Her adorable, alert little face! Obsessed.
With COVID-19 happening during one of the busiest baby months of the year, many clients have had to push their newborn sessions out a little bit past what they originally were planning. W was 8 weeks old at the time of her session, and we got some amazing photos. I love the mix of sleepy and awake, and the interaction she had with mom and dad + the camera is something you don’t get with a brand new baby.
Please, don’t think your chances for newborn photos are over if you missed the “window” of 1-2 weeks. Gorgeous images are possible at any age, and I definitely still consider 8 week old’s still babies, and babies don’t keep.
